The Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Eurovast Group, Vincenzo Romano, in view of consolidation, growth and business continuity are pleased to announce the new appointment of Vice President and CEO of Umberto Romano. A move that underlines the continuity and family commitment as the driving force of EuroVast Group’s business, defining the future path aimed at pursuing the mission to innovate, grow and consolidate the Group. “The appointment of Umberto as Vice President and CEO represents the continuation of the entrepreneurial project started by me more than thirty years ago, which has been realized over the years, to be one of the main players in the tissue sector, with our company reality that counts ten factories (five paper mills and five production sites), more than 300 employees and a Group in constant growth not only on the Italian territory but also in Europe in Liverpool, in the United Kingdom and in Oss in The Netherlands. Umberto’s leadership, experience and strategic vision will be invaluable to the future vision of the company and will complement my position as Chairman, strengthening our strategy and giving greater strength to the Group.
